He graduated with a BAA – Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Egypt. GHALI’s talent was nourished in an environment of creativity in various international firms where he worked on various types of projects. He participated in several design competitions that won first and honour prizes.

He spent 24 yrs. in ME; 7 in Oman &17 in UAE. GRANT held top management positions in leading consultancy & corporate organisations. He completed many assignments throughout the Region, India, Africa & Far East. He is an independent international management consultant & board member of various associated companies.

Al QAHTANI has +20 years business development & marketing experience in the real estate development & investment industry in Saudi Arabia. His diversified experience & market knowledge, gained within local & multi-national corporations, encompass master real estate development projects, industrial projects execution & management, large land parcelization & auctions and commercial real estate asset management.
Al QAHTANI’s talent was nourished in an environment of creativity proven on various projects. He is also a certified project management professional with extensive experience in managing the development & execution of small & medium size factory projects. He is very well conversant with the laws & regulations and related ministries governing & organizing the real estate development & investment, commercial and industrial sectors of the Saudi Arabian market.
